1.Application:

SDEKON 4XCE Computer Control Trinocular Inverted Metallographic Microscope is used to identify 

and analyze the combined structure of various metals and alloy materials.

It is used in factories or laboratories for the identification of casting quality; raw material inspection 

or metallographic analysis after material treatment; to carry out research work on some surface 

phenomena such as surface spraying.

It is an effective method for metallographic analysis of steel, non-ferrous metal materials, castings, 

and coatings; petrographic analysis of geology; an effective method for microscopic research on 

compounds and ceramics in the industrial field.

It will inputs microscopic imaging in the computer, microprocessor performs various post-processing 

on the image, it is a new technology in the field of microscopy in the world now.

The image metallographic microscope is connected to a high-definition CCD camera system, and the 

computer processes, edits, saves and outputs the image (such as printing, etc.) or enters the multimedia 

system and e-mail.
