XNR-400E Touch Screen Digital Display Plastic Melt Flow Index Tester meet GB/T3682-2000,
ASTM D1238-98, JB/T5456, JB/T5456 and ISO1133 standards; used to determination of melt
mass flow rate (MFR, Unit: g/10min) and melt volume flow rate (MVR, Unit: cm3/10min) of
thermoplastics.
Using automatic sampling to determination of melt mass flow rate, balance weighing way.
Through the photoelectric encoder and automatic timing system to measure the melt volume
flow rate. First to measure the time for the piston to move in the specified distance, then
calculated the volumetric flow rate according to the formula.
The final result of both methods is shown on the touch screen and can output by micro-printer.
