1.Applications:
XNR-400D Digital Display Plastic Melt Flow Index Tester meet GB/T3682-2000, ASTM D1238-98,
JB/T5456 and ISO1133 standards; used to determination of the melt mass flow rate (MFR, Unit:
g/10min) and the melt volume flow rate (MVR, Unit: cm3/10min) of thermoplastics.
Using automatic sampling to determination of melt mass flow rate, balance weighing way.
To measure the melt volume flow rate is through the displacement sensor and automatic timing
system, first to measure to time of the piston moves a specified distance, then calculate the volume
low rate according to the formula. The final result of two determination methods is displayed on
the LCD screen and can output by the micro-printer.
