SDEKON ZXQ-1AT Touch Screen Digital Display Automatic Metallographic Sample Mounting Press
(Double Cylinder Type) is fully automatic completion of the inlay process, suitable for hot mounting
of all varieties of inlays (thermosetting and thermoplastic).
This machine is double-station type, it can mount 4 pcs of samples at the same time.
Human-machine interface and PLC control, the system is stable and reliable.
One-button start to complete the sample preparation process automatically.
Simple and effective top seal mechanism, do not need to manual assistance when ejecting samples.
Rotate the top sealing device, pop up automatically, reach the highest position, stop automatically,
and only remove the sample.
USB interface, mounting process parameters are imported and exported through U disk.
