1.Application:
HV-1MDT-Q Touch Screen Digital Display Automatic Turret Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is double indenter double
objective lens, installed the 136° Vickers diamond indenter, the Knoop diamond indenter, the high magnification
objective lens and the low magnification objective lens at the same time.
It can measure Vickers hardness and Knoop hardness at the same time.
Adopt optical cross guide rail lifting mechanism, force value is accurate, the image is clear, is an ideal high-end micro
hardness tester.

(1).The measuring software can be matched with a variety of vickers hardness tester, upgrading the single hardness tester
to the computer measuring system.
(2).Suitable for micro vickers hardness tester, its Max. test force including 1Kgf and 2Kgf.
(3).The image is clear and can be measured standard samples automatically.
(4).The system can be calibrated by micrometer or hardness block.
(5).Hardness is converted to other hardness according to National Standard and ASTM.
Hardness value statistics and hardness beyond alarm.
(6).Automatically generate test report, save all test data forever, easy to query history.
(7).For Automatic Turret Type of micro vickers hardness tester, for example, HV-1MDT, HV-1MDT-Q and HV-2MDT.
You can connect the hardness tester to the computer through the RS-232 interface, and install this software on the computer,
so the hardness tester and the software will blend into one. You can use the software to control hardness tester to test, and
control the turret, make indentation and brightness adjustment directly.
